Kelly & Matt - Part 1

I am still smiling from Saturday's wedding because of the beautiful couple, Kelly & Matt, who so generously invited me to share their day with them; their ever-so-loving families and of course their friends who helped fill the day with laughter and joy. The day was incredibly memorable for, I'm sure everyone who attended, but as the photographer I made a few special notes from this day. I can confidently say that I encountered the calmest-bride-and-groom-in-the-entire-world. :) They were absolutely beautiful and I feel so fortunate to have been a part of their day. Kelly & Matt - thank you!! I look forward to our many years of friendship and I'm so thankful our lives crossed paths. Oh yes, and of course I LOVE photographing you! :)

There was not one detail overlooked. The cala lilies and roses from Richfield Flowers & Events were perfect in every way; Midwest Sound & Light Shows mastered the dance floor (I have never seen so many people dancing in my life!!); and the people from Linen Effects did an AMAZING job on the decor. And did I mention they had a martini ice louge?? (more on that in tomorrow's post) :)

Of course I can't forget the fabulous Mary Jo at The Saint Paul Hotel who pulled off the entire event without a hitch!

Oh yes, and to the guests - thank you for smiling! Everywhere I looked there was a photograph - you made me love my job even more (and I didn't think that was possible)! :)
