Eloise

Two-week old Eloise was a perfect little subject to photograph! :) Surprisingly she stayed awake for almost the entire shoot, which is extremely rare at such a young age! I think she liked the clicking sound of my camera. :) I was thrilled when her parents contacted me about her arrival, as I photographed their wedding in 2007! It's such a privilege documenting the key milestones in people's lives. I'm one lucky gal. :)

Thank you Betsy & Tom! It was so wonderful to see you again and to meet your precious little daughter.

I had the opportunity to photograph this adorable family again and I couldn't believe a year had already flown by since I last saw them! Their youngest recently celebrated his 1st birthday and it was so much fun photographing him trying to keep up with his older brother (and he wasn't too far behind!)

Isla

Sweet little Isla was born on May 25th and has the most amazing hair I've ever seen! Isla and my son were born just 1-day apart and live only 1 block away from each other, so I'm sure they'll be buddies and creating mischief together in no time...with Isla's older sister Addison leading the way of course. :) It was so much fun doing Isla's first photo shoot and I just can't wait to watch her grow!

My heart is overflowing going through these pictures of my sweet little niece, April! I know you have all seen her many times before on the blog, but these are her "official 5-year pictures" and I just had to share because (I know I'm biased) but I don't think she could be any cuter! :) It's amazing looking back on all of the photos I've taken of her to see how much she's grown-up ... in what seems like a blink of an eye.

The tutu was absolutely perfect :)

I just love our neighbors. :) As I've mentioned in previous posts, these guys started out as clients before quickly realizing that we live exactly 1-block from each other! You might remember them from here and here. I absolutely love photographing them even though it's hard to keep the camera from shaking like crazy from all of the laughter that is had. :)

Elizabeth is having her 2nd little girl on May 25th - the same day that I'm due! It's going to be a fun summer on Major Avenue! :)

At first, I was a little concerned when I would take a picture and Addison would squeeze her eyes shut...she's almost 2. :)
